Refund Policy

1. Platform Responsibility

Subscription purchases are processed directly by authorized third-party platforms:

• iOS (Apple App Store): Apple processes all iOS in-app subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple's billing portal.
• Android (Google Play): Google processes Android subscriptions. Refund requests are handled through the Google Play refund workflow.
• Web / DodoPayments: Purchases made through DodoPayments are subject to their merchant terms. Contact our support team for billing inquiries.

2. App Store & Google Play Refunds

Apple and Google control their respective platform refund policies. Generally:

• Apple: You may submit a refund request through reportaproblem.apple.com within the allowable window designated by Apple.
• Google Play: You can request a refund through your Google Play Store order history or by contacting Google Customer Support.

3. No Refunds After Service Usage

Once you have used any AISkincare Pro features or services, you are not eligible for a refund. Usage includes, but is not limited to:

• Performing any AI skin scans (full or quick scans)
• Accessing Pro-exclusive scan insights (Skin Type diagnostics, Pigmentation breakdown, AI recommendations)
• Creating routines or adding products beyond free-tier limits
• Using any other Pro-only feature after subscription activation

By subscribing and using Pro features, you acknowledge that the digital service has been delivered and that you waive any right to a refund. If a platform (Apple or Google) processes a refund on your behalf, your Pro access will be immediately revoked.

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops your subscription from renewing at the next billing cycle. You will continue to have full Pro access until the end of your current paid period. Cancellation does not retroactively refund previous or current billing periods. You can cancel anytime directly via your device settings:

• iOS: Settings App → Tap Apple ID → Subscriptions → AISkincare → Cancel
• Android: Google Play Store → Profile Icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cancel

5. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or did not authorize a purchase, please contact your payment provider (Apple or Google) first. For subscription issues related to DodoPayments or technical errors with Pro entitlement, contact us at [email protected].

6. Free Trial Policy

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period expires. You can cancel at any point prior to the trial ending to prevent charges. Cancelling during the trial period does not result in a refund because no charge has occurred.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
